How do I cancel my order?

The best way is to contact us with your order number and we’ll cancel your order for you.

What is your return and exchange policy

We accept returns for any product purchased in the last 30 days. For unopened products, we’d be happy to exchange or refund that product for a different flavor or something of equal value. Please contact us to request a return label.

For opened products, we will take that on a case by case basis. Email us at the email above and we will find a solution.

How do I edit my order after purchase

Please contact us ASAP and we will be happy to edit the product for you.

My order is already shipped, can I still cancel?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or edit orders that have already left the warehouse. Please feel free to contact us for a return label

How do I return my product

We are happy to accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase should the product not be opened. For opened products we will take it on a case by case basis

Contact us with the reason for the return and the order number, and in most cases we can provide a return label for you to ship the product back to us.
